This policy is for the Rhea landing page only. The product, customer deployments, and service delivery documents are handled separately.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Rhea marketing website and the lead collection flow on this website.

It does not apply to Rhea's product, customer deployments, pilots, managed services, or production workflows. Those will be covered by a separate service agreement, data processing addendum, security schedule, and any other documents agreed with the customer.

Information we collect

When you use the Book a demo form, we may collect the details you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and any message or context you choose to provide.

If you allow analytics cookies, we may collect basic technical information from your visit, such as device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and interaction events. This helps us understand website traffic and improve the landing page.

Please do not submit confidential customer data, production data, sensitive personal data, passwords, secrets, or regulated records through the website form.

How we use it

We use lead information to create and manage a lead record, respond to your request, schedule a demo, understand whether Rhea may be relevant to your organization, and let a Rhea manager follow up manually.

We use website analytics to measure traffic, understand which pages and campaigns perform, diagnose technical issues, and improve the website.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use website lead data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

HubSpot

When you submit the Book a demo form, the lead details are sent to HubSpot, which we use as our CRM to store and manage inbound leads.

A Rhea manager may then review the lead record and contact you manually by email, phone, or another contact method you provided.

HubSpot may process lead data on our behalf to provide CRM, form, routing, email, and related business services.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar identifiers to measure website interactions and produce aggregated reports.

Analytics cookies run only after you choose to allow analytics. If you decline, Google Analytics will not be loaded by this website.

We configure analytics for traffic measurement rather than advertising personalization where this is under our control. We do not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers, or form message contents to Google Analytics.

You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing this website's local storage and cookies in your browser, or by using browser controls that block analytics cookies. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract when you ask for a demo, and compliance with legal obligations.

Submitting the Book a demo form is voluntary. If you do not provide the requested contact details, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or arrange a demo.

You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this will not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

Sharing

We share website and lead data with service providers that help us operate the landing page and lead flow, including HubSpot for CRM and lead management, Google Analytics for website measurement, hosting providers, email providers, and security or infrastructure providers.

We may also share information with professional advisers, auditors, authorities, or counterparties where needed for legal, security, corporate, or contractual reasons.

Service providers are expected to use personal data only to provide services to Rhea and to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

International processing

Website, analytics, and lead data may be processed in the countries where Rhea and our service providers operate.

This means lead and analytics data may be transferred outside the UAE, including to HubSpot and Google systems. Where required, we rely on contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers handled by our providers.

Retention

We keep lead records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, manage the business relationship, maintain CRM history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Website analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics property and may also exist in aggregated reports.

You can ask us to delete or update your lead details by contacting us at hello@rhea.ai.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to lead records to people who need it for sales, operations, security, or legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction or stopping of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal data is used and shared.

California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Rhea does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Rhea is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
